Personality, Organizational Culture, and Entrepreneurial Orientation on the Performance of Santripreneur

Islamic boarding schools not only produce students but also begin to promote entrepreneurship live independently and creatively in the community. This study aimed determine influence of personality, environmental culture, entrepreneurial orientation on performance Santripreneur through motivation Jombang Boarding Schools. research was quantitative by using random sampling—the primary data distributing questionnaires. The samples were 152 Santripreneurs—the method SEM. results confirmed all proposed hypotheses as well mediating effects. finding confirms role enhanced-organizational culture setting driving creative business Santri Indonesia.
